What's covered
- Manufacturing defects (broken stitching, peeling prints, faulty zippers, leaking bottles).
- Hardware failures within 1 year of purchase.
- Print fading within 60 days when cared for per the label.
What's not covered
- Normal wear, fading from repeated washing on hot, or damage from misuse.
- Customized items where the typo was in the submitted text.
- Items damaged by third-party alterations.
How to file a claim
