Tracking
You'll receive a tracking link by email the moment your label prints. If your tracking hasn't moved in 5 business days, email us — we'll chase the carrier.
Customs and duties
International orders may incur customs duties or taxes on arrival, set by your country. These aren't included in your order total and are the buyer's responsibility.
Lost or damaged in transit
If your order arrives damaged or never shows up, email support@studylet.tech within 14 days of the delivery date. We'll replace or refund — your call.
