FocusLab is operated by Studylet Inc. ("we", "us"). The shop is a sister project to studylet.tech.

Submitting an order is an offer to buy. We confirm by email once payment is captured. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — for example, if there's a pricing error, fraud, or stock issue. Payments are processed by Shopify; we never see your card number.

You're responsible for what you submit. If you submit a typo in custom text, we'll print it as submitted — customized items can't be returned or refunded for text errors. We may refuse to print anything that's hateful, infringes IP, or violates the law.

Prices are in USD and may change without notice. Stock is not guaranteed until your order ships. We don't price-match third parties.

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Don't share them, and don't use the site to do anything illegal, abusive, or that interferes with how the site works for other people.

All content on this site — names, logos, designs, photography, copy — is owned by Studylet Inc. See our IP policy for details.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the site or products is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Disputes will be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updates.
