When will my order ship?
Orders ship within 2–4 business days. Customized pieces (anything with your name, course, or text) ship within 5–7 business days because each one is printed to order.
Where do you ship?
Worldwide. Domestic orders arrive in 3–6 business days. International orders typically arrive in 7–14 business days depending on customs.
Can I edit or cancel my order?
If your order hasn't entered production, yes — email support@studylet.tech within 2 hours of placing it. Customized items can't be cancelled once they're in production.
How do I customize a product?
On any product page, toggle "Customize this piece" and add your text. The live preview shows exactly how it'll print. Customization is free on eligible items.
What sizes do you carry?
Apparel runs XS–2XL with a true-to-size, slightly relaxed fit. Detailed measurements live on each product page under "Size guide".
